Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site — a guide opt-in, an application, a “Get Started” request, a scheduling request, or a checkout — we collect what you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name or website, current marketing or lead sources, and any other details you choose to share.

Payment information. If you purchase a service through the Site, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your card and billing details directly — we do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited information back from Stripe, such as your name, billing email, and transaction status, to confirm and manage your purchase.

Scheduling information. If you book a call through the Site, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The name, email, and appointment details you provide to Calendly are shared with us to confirm and prepare for the call, subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We also capture campaign and click-tracking parameters in the URL (such as utm_source, gclid, and fbclid) so we can tell which campaign referred a visitor and route leads accurately.

We use your browser’s local session storage — not third-party advertising cookies — to keep a multi-step form filled in as you move between pages of the Site (for example, from a calculator to an application form), and to remember campaign parameters for the length of your visit. This information is stored on your device, is never sold, and is cleared automatically when you close your browser session. The Site does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers; if that changes, we will update this policy.

• Respond to your inquiries and deliver anything you requested, like a guide or proposal;
• Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on sales or onboarding calls;
• Evaluate applications and determine fit for our services;
• Provide, bill for, and support the services you purchase;
• Send you information about our services, if you have engaged with us or opted in — you can opt out at any time;
• Understand which marketing campaigns are working, and improve the Site; and
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our team, who are notified internally (via Slack) when you submit a form, so we can follow up;
• Service providers who process data on our behalf to run the Site and deliver our services — currently Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and our hosting and infrastructure provider, Vercel — each bound to protect your information and use it only for the service they provide us;
• Legal and safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Think & Automate, our clients, or others;
• A successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same commitments described in this policy; and
• Anyone else, only with your consent.

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, maintain our business records, and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will do so.

Wherever you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional statutory rights — such as the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA) — those rights are available to you as well, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at corey@thinkandautomate.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to, or embed, third-party services such as Calendly or Stripe’s checkout. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them — this Privacy Policy covers only our own collection and use of your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
